not out of beta, but they opened it up to 'open beta' and charge you now.
between sipx lack of diagnostics and skype's lack, its a crap shoot if
you can get it to work.
you need to log off the business account before you can find the support
pages (they won't show up if you are logged on to their BCP)
last week, sip service was down for 36 hours, then back up, no
explanation, no credit (they charge for this beta).
down again yesterday am, needed to re-register with a new account password.
trying ip based registration, but that doesn't seem to work.
