You can set that up in sipxconfig. You wull be able to receive incoming
calls, but outgoing will go through sipx server.

line 1 and two are sipx lines/users.
Trying to set up external line on line 3 on polycom 650.
First try(s) got 'URL dialing not allowed' so that is enabled.

running tcpdump, I don't even see it trying to register with third party
server.
when I dial, I don't see it trying to dialout or register.

with third party server, my 'username' is mike.polycom@
authentication is different than name.

where do I start looking?
