Thanks for the answer.  I was unsure i thought it may have been possible via
VXML but i was unsure.  ANI Callback makes a lot of sense in Australia as we
have a monopoly in telecommunications over here and pricing i stupidly
expensive.

Oh well Asterisk and a2billing it is then.  I was just hoping for a more
modular alternative that could be load balanced a little better.
