since I have voip.ms working, and they support gsm, and Id like better quality on my mobile, I thought Id follow the directions and install it
https://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/main/readme.txt

yum install speex-devel gsm-devel
(works.. and if I try again, it says its installed)

cd sipXportLib

(ok, can't find that dir
locate sipXportLib
find / -type d -name sipXportLib

noda, nothing.

so, how do I install gsm support, and how do I test it?
