I have an audiocodes gateway plugged into our NEC phone switch - when someone
calls my extension (which routes thru the audiocodes gateway) - I just get
unknown. Does anyone know if this system actually passes some type of
caller-id information to analog extensions?

If so - does anyone know how to configure the audiocodes device to pass it to
my polycom handset?

Thanks,

Nathaniel Watkins
