The customer will be sending me a snapshot shortly.  But I thought I'd get the 
wheels moving. 

Installation is a 4.0.4.  Calls to voicemail fail.  It rings and then thier is 
silence before the call is disconnected.  Customer did restart the voicemail 
service via the GUI.

Anybody else seen this?  I'm sure if I restart SipX completely it will fix 
itself.  But I always like to know the root.
