Hi, I have LG 6830 phone assigned to a user, that user is the secretary of the office, and I want that she can handle many calls,
But now she can only accept up 3 calls , Active Call, Call in MOH, Call entering. ( I guess) How I can configure the user , for she can accept up 24 simultaneous calls. I have an audicodes Mediant 1000, with a E1 . Thanks for yours advice
