You'd get the same effect with what Robert suggested:

- add tf.voipmich.com as a gateway
- create a dialplan that matches '411' and sends 18004664411 to that
gateway.

It really should be possible for you to just add a sip url as the target
for any kind of forwarding... see earlier post on this thread.
