Your registration, in sipx, should show your public ip address of the remote
router.

What is your firewall local address at the sipx installation? Is is
192.168.0.100? If so that is correct.

Wait a minute...

Your public DNS points to your private ip address. FIX that before anything
else. Your public facing dns needs to point to the public facing ip on your
sipx firewall, NOT the private ip. That will never work.

Maybe there is a problem with router ip? Its 192.168.0.100.
I see that all incoming from outside traffic is marked as
comming from 192.168.0.100. At least in sipXproxy.log:
