1.  Go to Devices -> Phone Groups (or Phones)

2.  Pick the group (or phone)

3.  Find your Phone Model

4.  Select, if you are using Polycom, firmware Version to 2.0

5.  Click on Voice/Codecs on the left

6.  Scroll down to section labeled Volume Persistence

7.  Enable the options you'd like to persist between calls

8.  Click OK when completed.

9.  Re-generate profiles and reset phones.
