*bump* Not to be a pest, but I'm pretty sure someone else on here is monitoring call parks with Speed dial/presence. Can you verify if the phone (polycom 550) monitoring it rings every time a call is parked? It would really help if I knew if this is something that can;t be fixed, might be able to be fixed, fixed with new polycom firmware, etc.
