They don't like the call. There is a session timer.

Ensure you dont have a silly timer setting like 180 (iinstead of 1800) in your 
gateway:

ession Timer Interval           (Default: 1800)
        Session Timer Interval (seconds). Time interval between in-dialog 
INVITE requests to keep the session alive.
