Since the sipXecs Centralized Voicemail feature sends the MWI in a standard SIP format (RFC3842) to the AudioCodes Mediant1000 gateway it seems likely that if you replace the Mediant with another type of gateway (or a switch) the MWI should still work. The Cisco CUCM6 switch has not been tested for interoperability yet (with MWI), but I would be interested to know if it works.
