My opinions stem for the 330. The 331 is a slightly larger memory footprint for a future upgrade or firmware that has not been released yet.
I "DO NOT LIKE" the 330/331 for the following reasons: NO backlit dsplay. Major issue. NO usable display. So small only caller ID name comes across, number is not even scrollable or findable. Of really not use. No HD. Not as big any issue. I put several dozen in an environment with dozens on 650's and found I had to write an entirely different manual because even the keystrokes are different to get a reboot from the keypad. I prefer to stick with the x50's or x70's, which give HD, backlit display, LARGER displays and consistent menu's. If the budget won't fit, I suppose the 331's have to. At the time we did the 330's, the 450's weren't in production.
