One of my sites is having trouble using the pickup soft button on polycom phones when a call comes in from the PSTN on secondary speed dial lines added to the phone. The lines are setup as speed dials /w presence. (Polycom 550/650's BootROM 4.2.1 & 3.1.3C split)
Some of the speed dial lines on the phones work, others do not. One of two things happens: A. They hit the pickup button, line does not get seized B. They get an operator saying "call can not be completed at this time." Is the pickup feature a pure phone controlled feature or controlled by sipx settings? I don't recall having to do any special permissions or features to enable in sipx nor the audiocodes gateways at other sites with same equipment to enable this feature? Does anyone know what I can check out to correct?
