If you're getting a "call cannot be completed at this time" voice when 
you attempt to do a pickup then that is not sipX that is providing that 
message. What could be happening is somehow sipX is routing the call 
pickup sequence out to the PSTN. There is probably something screwy 
going on in your dial plan.
