Have you tried using group based dial plans? This would allow for the
scenario you speak of. This will only work if those dial plans are using
different gateways. If this won't work then I'm afraid you're out of
luck. sipX will stop on whatever dialplan matches first.

Note:
SIP TRUNK 1 goes to Operator network (PSTN) via Gateway address 1

Two separate SIP trunks with same external access prefix!
We are using sipXecs 4.0.4, can someone please help find a solution to
this problem.
