If you can get your hands on one it should work. Just plug the one that goes to the phone in the headset jack of the amp then just press the headset button on the phone when you want to use it (assuming you find the power supply for it).

I had an old plantronics amp very similar to that, except it used AA batteries.

Yup, no audio and can't seem to find a power supply for the amp.

At the worst you'd get no sound. At the best, it would work. You could
always purchase a Jabra universal adapter (assuming the headsets have
  quick disconnects):
Seem to. The headset has normal wire to what I could call a quick disconnect, a
sort of flat connector which then has a phone cord to a small modular jack.
That jack is what would connect into the phone's headset jack or into the amp
unit I have with these. I'll give them a try. Just wanted to make sure nothing
would blow up.

Is there no way you can try them out? Looks pretty standard, in fact you
could try ditching the little amp altogether and plug straight in the
headset port. Just tinker with one if you can.

Sure can, just seem to recall someone saying the polycom ports were
pretty specific and didn't want to blow up a phone for no good reason :).
