I am trying to understand a few things with presence, workgroup and IM with Bria (3.0). This would be for internal users using bria 3.0 to communicate with each other.
Presence - Should this be set to peer-to-peer or with presence agent. the default is peer-to-peer? Why don't I see them online or on the phone in workgroup? All users were configured with "allow others to see my online presence'. Manual Changes - If I edit my name in the user portal, it "blanks" my name out, and my name consequently disappears from the bria workgroup.
