Enabling IM at the group level finally allowed my
IM clients (Spark, Miranda, Adium) to start working.
However, I have a problem. My users were assigned to
various groups: administrators, sales, support, etc.
Members of the support group only see other members
of the same group as contacts. The Receptionist and
Office Manager, only see each other. I created a group
called "all" and assigned everyone to that group.
But the Spark contact list hasn't changed.
How do I kick Openfire to allow the Receptionist to see
all the users in group "all"?
