Hello, while I'm new user of a Polycom Soundpoint 550 phone, I seem to have ran into a problem with incoming calls, the phone will ring once, then show that I have a missed call. I have sipx setup to ring an outside phone and another extension at the same time, and those phones continue to ring without any problems. Does anyone off-hand know what might be causing this? I'm running the 3.2.3 software on the phones, and using sipx 4.2.
