Try removing the forwarding that you have set up for the other phones to
ensure its not the problem.  When the call goes just to that phone, does it
ring more than once?

Hello, while I'm new user of a Polycom Soundpoint 550 phone, I seem to have
ran into a problem with incoming calls, the phone will ring once, then show
that I have a missed call. I have sipx setup to ring an outside phone and
another extension at the same time, and those phones continue to ring
without any problems. Does anyone off-hand know what might be causing this?
I'm running the 3.2.3 software on the phones, and using sipx 4.2.
