We are having a problem with Cisco ATA 186 and a credit card terminal. We're using sipXbridge to terminate a sip trunk from the carrier. It takes about ten attempts to get a card to swipe. Faxes work properly, however.
Has anyone else seen as issue like this? Are there certain settings that need to be tweaked for credit card terminals? Thanks, Ken Fulmer
