This is my first request for help on the SipFoundry list serve.
We have a new Nortel SCS500 system and have an error with the Polycom
Phones. If they reboot they will not come back up. We have 9 Polycom 550
phones. The Cisco 7960s boot up fine and are working perfectly. It is
just the 9 Polycom 550s. They used to work, but when I added speed dial
entries and pushed profiles, something broke last Wednesday.
I can see the DHCPREQUEST and DHCPOFFER messages from the phone that try
to boot, but I am not seeing the TFTP request at all for the Polycoms.
When I click on any Polycom Phone in the web application it crashes this
error "s An internal error has occurred. Click here to continue."
In the sipxconfig.log this error appears, everytime I attempt to display
phones in the Devices Menu and the list of phones contains a Polycom
phone.

If you look at this error message it is saying
"org.sipfoundry.sipxconfig.phone.polycom.PolycomPhone incompatible with
org.sipfoundry.sipxconfig.phone.cisco.CiscoPhone" So my question is, why
is the Polycom.Phone being compares to a Cicso.Phone. Where should I
look? Hopefully someone knows the answer to this already.
Other than this, having a great time with the SipXecs/SCS500 system.
