Go to your gateway that should not be processing the call and remove the dial plans from it, for starters.
Make sure the gateway that IS suppsoed to process calls has the appropriate dial plans assigned. You will need to restart whatever services it is prompting you to restart (proxy, trunking, etc.). ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Sat Jun 12 12:30:10 2010 Subject: [sipx-users] changing gateway in dial plan I wanted to change the ITSP I'm using, so I changed the gateway setting in the dial plan. However, the calls still go out through the old gateway. I've restarted the services, re-sent the profiles and even rebooted, but the change does not take effect. What am I missing?
