Go to your gateway that should not be processing the call and remove the
dial plans from it, for starters.

Make sure the gateway that IS suppsoed to process calls has the appropriate
dial plans assigned.

You will need to restart whatever services it is prompting you to restart
(proxy, trunking, etc.).

Subject: [sipx-users] changing gateway in dial plan


I wanted to change the ITSP I'm using, so I changed the gateway setting
in the dial plan. However, the calls still go out through the old
gateway. I've restarted the services, re-sent the profiles and even
rebooted, but the change does not take effect. What am I missing?

Using 4.2.0.
