We have some IP650's that are unable to do a directed call pickup. The phones have speed dial lines for other users on them and when attempting to pickup the incoming call on the other users line, the call fails. Steps to reproduce: 1. Call comes in to a speed dial line on users phone 2. User either hits "pickup" softkey or dials *78XXXX to attempt to pickup call. 3. Display returns to call menu after a few seconds. If handset is used, user will hear busy signal. 4. Attempts to pickup non-speed dial lines fail also. Polycom IP 550's we have at this location can do directed call pickup without a problem. All Polycom's are all using FW 3.1.3C and bootrom 4.2.1 with Sipx 4.0.4 Below are links to merged logs from Sipx for test call from 3906 to 3902, with the pickup attempt by 3920.
