We have some IP650's that are unable to do a directed call pickup. The phones have speed dial lines for other users on them and when attempting to pickup the incoming call on the other users line, the call fails. ________________________________________ You're running sipXecs 4.0.4 which hasn't got the fix to: http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7668 Directed call pickup of a user does not work if he has configured 'User Call Forwarding' That is fixed in 4.2.
