Then sipxbridge needs to be enabled on those ports and
remote workers cannot be supported.

OR 

find another ITSP that will send calls to 5080 (with itsp's
that you register to, they will typically "follow" you and
send the signalling to whatever port you register on)

OR 

use an indpendent SBC that handles trunking and remote users
on port 5060.
