Hi Michael,

Funny you say Counterpath is missing the boat.
Bria 3.0 (and Xlite 4 beta2) now support HID devices.

I was "brave" and ordered a CX300.
It works well with Bria 3.0, maybe even better with 3.1, from
Counterpath's announcement:
Improved USB HID support (more devices)

Currently I have one big issue with it however, somehow the AEC does not
work, so I can't use the speakerphone functionality.
In voice quality I would say it is on par with the Clearone Chat50, but it
is cheaper, has buttons and a handset (but no hardware AEC).
Counterpath support has passed "it along to engineering", so maybe a
decent solution will pop up.

As a bypass I found Solicall, it does the job of AEC if I keep the
speakerphone at a low volume.
Other solutions are welcome (like a "How to enable Windows AEC for Polycom
CX300" or other AEC software).

If Counterpath fixes the AEC issue then I will ask them whether they can
support the display on the phone as well,
now it stands there "Sign in to Office Communicator".

BTW The CX200 will probably have the same AEC issue with the speakerphone
functionality.

Paul
