I've actually not ever tried this - apparently it's a big deal to be able to answer someone else's phone from your desk :)
I was thinking that *78<ext> should answer that call. When I do this - it just kills the call (as in, disconnects the caller and no one gets the call). I thought I read that you must have the extension as the user name - which I do... Is *78 <ext> the correct way to do this?
