The thing that we should be pushing for is an answer from the FS team as to whether this is fixed in 1.07.
I'm somewhat eager to get 1.07 since is can handle t.38 faxing too, which is a big deal too. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Sun Jul 18 13:27:18 2010 Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Help with Patton gateway I only run 550's and 650's. I really don't think speculating about ways for end users to "work around" the problem is very constructive. As Tony and I have both said this is a major flaw that should be fixed and I have a feeling it's going to take a while due to having to wait for FreeSWITCH upstream to fix it, and the fact that sipX generally stays at least a point version behind on FreeSWITCH doesn't help things. The more of these major bugs I find, the more my end users are going to start wondering why I switched them over from the old system.
