ISN dialing to Screaming Monkeys (1234*256) for 6+ min. seemed work fine
for me as well. Admittedly, I haven’t used ISN enough to identify any
problems or patterns.

I use a Cisco 1841 for my firewall. You can roam around my AA menus if
you’d like in order to test against another firewall. 4030909*1258

Er, uh...

I think I called you with my pfsense last week via ISN, I am using
pfsense 2.0, so that went on for more than 5 minutes.

inbound seems fine.
I'll play in the office some. was hoping to send keepaliaves on tcp
port 5060 to the far end, tshark port 5080 or 5060 didn't show ANYTHING
while call was active.

I think you need to find someone with a firewall OTHER THAN those listed
and see if they will let you call for more than 5 minutes. Last I heard
Nathaniel is also running pfsense (but I think not 2.0).

I have other sites I can log into with a softphone but they all front
pfsense, so I am afraid I might be of no use to you in this instance.

I think it might be something to do with how the remote firewall ACK's
the call and drops it after 5 minutes because it cannot tell it is
established. It might not be anything to do with keepalive, but an
ignorant signalling interpretation, but don't take my word for it.

I suspect that is what it is. I also can't (reliability) forward calls
from them.
