All, I managed to get to the bottom of this in the end... The MWI wasnt being passed over the SIP trunk to CUCM due to a security parameter. In the SIP Trunk Security Profile of CUCM you need to check the 'Accept Unsolicited Notification' box. Something I failed to notice as being different from the test environment! Well at least I have become a little more familiar with the logs! Thanks to all again!
