Are there any issues with having a mixed firmware environment with Polycom and running BLA?
I just started up BLA for the first time and can't seem to get any presence or BLA to work at the moment. I have 650s that are running 3.2.3/4.2.2 and 601s that are running 3.1.6/4.1.4. Presence used to work fine most of the time prior to 4.2 which I have been running for sometime. I don't recall when I seemed to have "lost" it [referring to the phones... lol] What is the best way to troubleshoot BLA?
