I am having trouble implementing BLA in my sipx system. I turned on BLA on the appropriate user which is a shared main line for all my phones. After resending profiles to the phones, I know see the half shaded telephone icon on my polycom 601/650s. However, if I call in [or out] and then place that call on hold from any particular phone [say phone A], I cannot pick it up at one of the other phones [say phone B] by pressing the appropriate soft button line as it states you are supposed to be able to do. Looking at say phone B, the light is a solid red and not blinking as the wiki says it is supposed to be doing. The phone icon on phone B at that time is scrolling across. The icon on phone A has an upside down receiver icon.
