Hello I have found that with the Snom 320 (and 360) I have to first log into the phone's admin interface and disable PnP (Advanced -> Update -> PnP Config = Off). Then after rebooting the phone it correctly gets it's configuration from sipx and 'works'. Does sipx support the same type of Plug and Play that the Snom is talking about? (Note that I think the reason I have to disable PnP on the Snom is because of an Epygi IP PBX that is on the same LAN.)
BTW, I did some testing of the Snom 360's latest Version 8 software and there are a few problems, and I see the snom plugin for sipx only supports up to version 7 so I guess this is to be expected: - sending profile to the phone from sipxconfig doesn't work - calling out from the phone to a mobile, when the mobile hangs up, the snom stays off hook Cheers Jesse Jesse Reynolds Virtual Artists Pty Ltd - http://www.va.com.au/ Phone: 08 7120 7134 (Adelaide) or 02 9043 2288 (Sydney) Mobile: 0414 669 790
