It seems the Epygi IP PBX replies to the SUBSCRIBE broadcast a Snom phone sends on startup by default. If that request is answred the snom phone ignores the options supplied by DHCP server. I had the same issue here with an Askozia PBX in our network. SipX uses the DHCP method.
