I have outbound calls working through FlowRoute without an issue. Inbound calls however have no audio (does not even ring when DID dialed). I also have Teliax setup as an ITSP and inbound calls work fine through them.
I have the SBC Route's (sipXbridge-1) "Incoming calls destination" set to 100 which should dial the auto-attendant. This works when calling the Teliax DID, but not the FlowRoute DID. Well I say it does not work, but in the CDR I see that the incoming call going to 100, but I get no audio. When I change "Incoming calls destination" to my extension, the ext rings, but again I get no audio either way, and I could not even hangup. The Line1 light on my Polycom IP 335 just kept blinking (it is normally solid) and I had to reboot the phone. I do not believe that this is a firewall issue since it is working with Teliax, but just in case, here is the info: I have NAT policies setup to send UDP/TCP 5060, UDP 5080 and UDP 30000-31000 to the sipX server. My FlowRoute account is setup to use SIP Registration and I do not have any custom routes for the DID (routes via SIP reg by default). My flowroute gateway in sipX is setup as follows: Config: Name: flowroute SBC Route: sipXbridge-1 Address: sip.flowroute.com Default for everything else Caller ID: Default Caller ID: set to my flowroute DID default for everything else Dial Plan: Local Long Distance ITSP Account: Username: my flowroute account number Authentication Username: my flowroute account number Password: my flowroute password Register on initialization: checked Method to use for SIP keepalive: Empty SIP message Method to use for RTP keepalive: Replay last sent packet default for everything else I saw a very recent email that someone has been using FlowRoute successfully on several installs, does anyone know what I'm doing wrong????
