sipXconfig (4.3.0-019022 2010-09-10T15:08:29 build23) from CentOS iso. I've got a repeatable case where a Polycom 501 or 601 running 3.2.3.0002 can call out while not registered.
There is no outbound proxy set in the user agent. The endpoint shows Not Registered; and sipX shows no registrations. However calling to another sipX phone works, and calling from sipX --> Cisco gateway --> PSTN works. sipX does show the active CDR. I have also seen this once w/ a Sipdroid client. I cannot reproduce this with softphone, though.
