Hey everyone, I am back after about a year of being off the list. We are looking into SipX again at our college site as the Cisco fees for our Cisco Solution are going up about 4K a year.
I currently have our CIO, Network Admin, and I running on SipXECS 4.2.1-018971 using Polycom phones while the rest of the campus community is still on the Cisco system. I have a question about two phone book features. 1. I am trying to upload a CSV of other contacts to a phonebook within the SipXconfig portal. I am uploading a csv with First name, Last name, and Number fields. It says that changes were applied successfully, however, none of the data is there. Can someone point me in the right direction to troubleshoot? 2. The Polycom's have the option to automatically divert certain contact to another number, however, this setting is lost every time the phone reboots. Is there an option to enable to allow these settings to be retained? Thanks, group.
