Stiles,

Try voip.ms...  Cheap and easy to setup for testing.  I'm having very good
calls across it.  Also cost wise they are worth having around even if just
for a backup route.

Lately I've had a few 1 and 2 hour video calls to Germany (Bria to Bria) and
I was surprised given the distance and trans-atlantic nature how very good
the experience was.  And this was from my home cable modem.  So maybe when
having trouble, test a SIP to SIP call.
