Seem to be getting somewhere but still missing something. Now the remote can make calls but when calls come in for them, calls go directly to VM.
Also notice in the Active Registrations screen that the remote use doesn't have the usual Mpls x-sipX-privcontact=x.x.x.x but instead, is x-sipX-nonat. Reading the wiki about remote user problems says that the remote should be seen as above with the privcontact detail instead. As a test, we set an identical ATA on another network, registered the user and switched the ATA between NAT enabled and NAT disabled settings. Nothing changed in the sipx Active Registrations display, the user never seems to show up with privcontact. Which means now I'm not even sure that the problem is with the netgear.
