After some extensive testing and troubleshooting with Counterpath,
including me sending them a Polycom CX300,
I have to conclude that if you consider buying this device then please
switch to the Plantronics P540.
The devices are identical. The big difference being that AEC works on the
Plantronics (according to Counterpath),
it does not work on the Polycom (according to Counterpath and me).
I have been trying to get support from Polycom, but I can't get through to
them.
