Then please file a tracker and please indicate the bria version, build and platform.
As this is a new feature, it is likely not included in the bria config from sipxconfig or the parameters have changed between versions. If the function is in sipxconfig, please file it as a bug, if not, as an enhancement. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Thu Oct 14 07:02:58 2010 Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Regarding Time out option in Bria softphone We have tried the steps mentioned below. i.e. creating a new user, adding the phone and sending the profile. But the same problem persists. It works fine only when we change the "auto answer after" option on the phone UI. Also checked the profiles in the back end, could not find any paramter changed. If you look in the newly generated profile for the phone and find the parameters have changed, this should be sufficient. When we set the Ring time to 0 secs or 5 secs or 10secs in config UI under Intercom. The Bria 3 softphone rings only once and the call is auto answered(we need to set the auto answer option manually for Bria phone). But when we change the auto answer option on the Bria softphone UI to 0 secs it auto answers the call and if we set it to 5 secs, the call is auto answered after 5 secs. So the Ring time feature works fine only when we make the changes on the Phone UI not on the Config UI. So, is the Bria Softphone designed in this way. Please guide us.
