I have a new issue and I am pretty sure it is related to DTMF. I want to start out by stating that I changed the voicemail extension from 101 to 107 because the receptionist extension was 101 from their old system. When a call goes to voicemail from extension 101, the prompt is played and you can leave a message, but on completion of the message DTMF doesn't work to complete the call and if I hangup, the voicemail is never delivered to the mailbox. I can however, look on the server and a temp_message shows up in the deleted folder of the message store fro mailbox 101. We are running 4.2.1 with a Polycom 650, and an Audiocodes MP-114 v5.6.
I have not tried this with another extension, because this is the main answer point. Thanks for listening… -Michael Morgan
