So it's one thing for the mailing list to add a subject line or put X headers in, or add footers. But changing the actual users content with procmail, not matter how beneficial is evil. Mail administrators should not mangle the body of the message. If you don't want your sip uri public, don't put it on a public mailing list. Now if we want to agree on some obfuscation that users themselves do, that's another thing. Plus aren't we eventually moving to forums (ugh!) so whatever we would do would be short lived, and possibly not sustainable going forward.
