Mus, How do you have your Avaya phones deployed with your sipX system? Are they managed or unmanaged? Are you using a 46xxsettings.txt file? If so, please post it.
When you say that a call to the X-lite "doesn't work", what exactly happens? Do you get a fast busy? Does it go straight to voice mail? Do you get tones? Have you tried running a pcap or a sip-trace on your calls, yet? If so, could you post these? I am currently running a deployment of several Avaya 9600 phones with sipX.
