Hi Jesse,
In case this is not router related, you might try doing a "netstat
--listen" command on your sipx server and see if you have lots of ports in use
in the 30000-onward range.
We had a similar problem where outbound would fail after a few days, and it was
related to UDP ports for calls not being properly deallocated due to some
anomaly with the way my ISP ends calls. A Sipx code change took care of it,
and that fix is in 4.2.1.
