You can remove a lot of the other roles, (IM, conference, etc.) to tyr
to isolate the main server. .

It still (first server) has to be config and siprouter
(proxy/registrar), however via DNS you can make other servers handle
more of the registration load and reach the primary last if you want
to lessen its activity to give it fewer things to handle.

This is just how it works "for now".

Funny, a lot of people don't think config server should ever go down
and freak at the thought of it, and other understand "no changes until
it is synced and back up" is ok. Everyone's priorities are different.
The good news is that HA has always been an evolving concept...
