Is it about the user LDAP password or user PIN password?
As far as I remember the user LDAP password is not generated/storedby
sipxecs, this would be a security break.
User LDAP passwords are kept only in LDAP and you can use it to authenticate
against your configured LDAP server with one of your LDAP imported users.

With regard to PIN password, you can configure a LDAP attribute to match the
PIN password, or, if no attribute matches the PIN you can assign a default
PIN password for all imported LDAP users. One of the LDAP import pages have
the following text fields: "Default PIN" and "Confirm Default PIN"
